BoB Marongiu was born in Switzerland on November the 13rd in 1966 to Sardinian parents.

He is a self-taught painter, he calls his kind of painting with a word created by himself : "Neo Happy Pop".

He lives and works in Oristano (a Sardinian city), but he exhibits his works all around the world.

He's a normal painter, like Picasso, Matisse, Miro'...

Has been influenced by Walt Disney, Mordillo, the Fauves, Vicky the Viking, the Barbapapa, "La linea di Cavandoli", Iacovitti, Wile E. Coyote.

His paintings represents moments of joy and happiness.*
